Parque Nacional Yanachaga Chemillén - Pasco

Bueno, comienzo subiendo unas fotos de un viaje que realicé en noviembre del 2011, cuando llevaba el curso de "Ecoturismo y Áreas para la Recreación" en la UNALM, con el profesor Jorge Chávez, de la Facultad de Ciencias Forestales. Nuestro viaje fue al Parque Nacional Yanachaga Chemillén. Quede impactado por la belleza visual de nuestra selva alta y comparto con ustedes muestras de aquella majestuosidad // Well, I start uploading some photos from one trip that I made on November - 2011, when I was taking the course "Ecotourisim and recreation areas" at UNALM, the professor Jorge Chávez, of the Forestry Faculty, was in charge. Our trip took us to the Yanachaga-Chemillén National Park. I was stunned for the visual beauty of peruvian high rainforest and I share with you its majesty.

Bienvenidos // Welcome

Mi nombre es Andrés Vargas Soplín. Nací el 16 de febrero de 1988 en Lima. Estudié Ing. Ambiental en la UNALM. En el 2011, a puertas de terminar mis estudios de bachiller, despertó en mi una pasión que la tuve escondida por más de 22 años en mi ser: la fotografía. Desde que era niño no pensaba en ser fotógrafo, hasta que mis aventuras en Finlandia me dieron a conocer a lugares y personas que fueron despertando en mí ese interés. Hago mención especial a Ondrej Navrátil de República Checa, el cual conocí en este país nórdico, persona que ha sido una inspiración para mi en el inicio de mi pasión fotográfica.

No he estudiado fotografía de manera profesional (aún) pero puedo afirmar que el fotógrafo no nace, SE HACE, y cada uno puede ser fotógrafo si sabe capturar los momentos más especiales en su corazón. La cámara sólo es la manera de mostrarle a los demás tu enfoque interior de las cosas.

My name is Andrés Vargas Soplín. I was born in febraury 16th in 1988 in Lima, Peru. I studied Enviorenmental Engineering at UNALM. In 2011, close to get my bachelor degree, a passion awaked in me, a passion that was hidden for more than 22 years inside me: the photography. When I was a kid, I did not think to be a photographer, until my adventures in Finland gave the chance to know places and meet people which made awake on me this interest. I make an special mention to Ondrej Navrátil from Czech Republic, who I meet in this nordic country, a person who has been an inspiration on the beginning of my photography passion.

I haven't studied photography in professional terms (yet) but I can ensure that the photographer it's not born, it's made, and everyone can be a photographer if he/she may capture the special moments in his/her heart. The camera is only the way to show the rest your personal focusing of the things.
